1. Booking and Payment

To book a cab with My Travel Rahbar, you must provide your details via our online form or WhatsApp. A booking is considered confirmed only after you receive a confirmation message or email from us.

  • Advance payment may be required for certain outstation trips.
  • The remaining balance can be paid to the driver in cash or online at the start or end of the trip.

2. Cancellation and Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

  • No charges will apply for cancellations made more than 24 hours before the trip.
  • A 20% cancellation fee may apply if the trip is cancelled within 12 hours of the scheduled start time.
  • In the event of a "No-show" (failure to arrive without prior notice), the advance payment will not be refunded.

3. Driver and Vehicle Responsibility

We consistently strive to provide you with a clean vehicle and a professional driver.

  • Extra fines may be imposed for misconduct with the driver or causing damage to the vehicle.
  • Carrying more passengers than the legal seating capacity is strictly prohibited.

4. Extra Charges

The rate provided at the time of booking is the base price. Additional charges that may apply include:

  • Toll Tax and State Tax (As per actual receipts).
  • Parking charges incurred during any stops.
  • Night allowance (if the driver operates after 10:00 PM).

4. Privacy Policy

Your personal details, such as name and phone number, will be used exclusively for the booking process. We do not sell your data to any third parties.
